Albert Einstein Riddle

ALBERT EINSTEIN’S RIDDLE

1. In a street there are five houses, painted five different colors.
2. In each house lives a person of different nationality
3. These five homeowners each drink a different kind of beverage, smoke different brand of cigar and keep a different pet.

I found this fun riddle on Internet a few days ago and I am proud to say that I solved it… in a few days of thinking, drawing, and being bugged by it. It is attributed to  ALBERT EINSTEIN who apparently WROTE THIS RIDDLE EARLY DURING THE 19th CENTURY in an attempt to stop his students bugging him with inquiries . Allegedly Alber Einstein said that  98% OF THE WORLD POPULATION WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SOLVE IT (I’d say that 98% of the population won’t try hard enough or simply give up and Google the answer). So,if you’re a person who likes puzzles,  try to solve it  and DO resist the temptation of google -ing the answer …you wouldn’t want to steal your own hat so don’t rob your mind of an enjoyable challenge.

Albert EinsteinMy hint: Unless you’re a genius and can do everything mentally, use a pen and paper. I even used a pair of scissors to crop the five houses and their owners and colors to color them.

Did you know that tou can buy this adorable, plush Albert Eisntein doll, dressed in his nerdy sweater and trousers to encourage children to get interested in Einstein’s genius thinking?
